However, they did state they had all next week available so if you do wish to reschedule, they can do so for you. Innovel has confirmed that your items have been received with the local delivery warehouse and they have arranged delivery for you for Monday, 8/7. UPDATE, 8/4, 3pm, 7 days afer appliances were supposed to be delivered: Another email from Costco support: Even if they find it, I'm nervous about Innovel delivering it. Planning to call both Costco and Innovel in the morning to see what's going on. Maybe getting Chase on them, or getting a bit angry with them myself made a difference? Costco says they'll contact me to reschedule if they find the appliances. I'm not sure what to think, but that at least lines up with what Innovel told me. I called and spoke to Innovel who advised they show they do not believe the units were delivered and are sitting in the warehouse we will confirm this tomorrow once the Local hub is open so that we can reach out to them. UPDATE, 8/3, 11pm, 6 days after appliances were supposed to be delivered: I received an email from Costco support: I'll continue to update as I hopefully get this resolved. I have no reason at this point to think Costco is going to do anything, though, unless threatening to not pay them makes a difference. This seemed to get more results, as they gave me a line of bs about talking with their supervisor, something about expediting, something about calling back by end of business today (lol). I've been very polite and patient up to this point, but this time I ranted a little (but with a "I know it's not your fault, but." preamble). After being on hold for 51 minutes! I hate their hold music so much. I had them put the charge for the washer and dryer on hold (for whatever reason, I didn't see the the range for whatever reason, and they said they're going to work with Costco to resolve it, whatever that means. UPDATE, 8/3, 6pm, 6 days after appliances were supposed to be delivered: I spoke with my credit card company (Chase). But if you already have and are having problems, Innovel is who you need to talk to, as /u/allogator and others mentioned. Suffice to say that I'd recommend against ordering anything significant from Costco online. In other words, maybe they'll stop treating me like a thief and instead as someone to whom they owe $3k worth of appliances. Now Innovel is attempting to locate the appliances and will get back to me "first thing tomorrow morning." HA! Meanwhile, I'm on hold with Costco (again) to see if the fact that Innovel now says that they didn't deliver the appliances changes anything on Costco's end. Innovel also never asked for a copy of my driver's license like Costco did, so I'm not sure what that was about. But Innovel (after repeated calls) has confirmed that they did not stop at my house that day, so hopefully we can at least move past this being about me trying to steal something. I've spent a good bit of time on the phone with Costco and with Innovel. I have 4 kids that like playing outside, so not having a washer and dryer kinda sucks. But if they're actually going to do something for me, like at least expedite the shipping, I want that to happen as soon as possible. If that's the case, I'll probably just take a refund, buy appliances elsewhere, and never order anything online from Costco again. I'm also worried that their solution is just going to be to just ship things again, which presumably will take another 2-3 weeks. That's understandable, but I'd expect a balance between that some acknowledgment that I have a $3k order lost through no fault of my own. I'm trying to stay calm about the whole thing and not get angry with anyone, but I've gotten the feeling in my interactions with Costco that they think I'm trying to defraud them. Has anything like this happened to anyone else? Anyone have any advice? I feel pretty powerless here (and I'm running out of clean clothes). They left me a message saying their carrier insists it was delivered, and they asked that I email them a copy of my driver's license, and they'd get back to me. This afternoon, 3 days after I called and 4 days after they were supposed to be delivered, I missed a call from Costco. I told them I never received them, and they told me they'd get back to me within 2 days. Costco said their carrier, Innovel Logistics, says it was delivered. They never came, so I called on Sunday to see what happened. I scheduled delivery for this past Saturday, 7/29, 4 days ago. I ordered a washer, dryer, and range from Costco a few weeks ago.
